Automatic Activation

For instant (fast) activation, use GO-PAY from GO-JEKVirtual Account, Credit Card,  and  Paypal For product payments that use document requirements such as the CO.ID Domain, it takes time for the document verification process.

If you pay using a credit card outside of Indonesia, please download and fill in the Credit Card Authorization Form  which can be downloaded here ( IndonesianEnglish ). Send a copy together with a photocopy of your passport to billing@yosasoftware.com. Also, write down your phone number so we can contact you for verification. Payment via credit card will be processed within two (2) working days from the date of receipt of the required documents. After the payment is successful, the service will be activated and you will get a notification via email.

For payment via Paypal, please fill out the PayPal Authorization Form for confirmation.

Payment By Credit Card

After making the payment, please confirm the payment by sending your proof of payment to billing@yosasoftware.com along with the reference number information containing your invoice number.

We will process your order in just a few minutes after confirmation is done. After that, you can see the payment status in Billing yosaSoft by clicking the button below.

yosaSoft Billing System allows you to check your account status, billing history, update your profile as well as submit your online payments (if you pay online).

Note:
Please contact us at billing@yosasoftware.com if you require an invoice for tax purposes.
Include Billing Number/Invoice if payment is via Bank Transfer or Internet Banking.
