A backup function that will back up the entire cloud server inclusive operating system, user installed application, application data, etc into a so called image file. It can be used to restore the entire cloud server. If restoration action is taken, the entire cloud server’s data will be replaced with the data from backup point.
There are 4 preset backup interval of daily and monthly. User is unable to customize the backup interval.
Each cloud hosting account comes with a fixed amount of backup space. If the total backup image file size exceeds the account fixed backup space, the backup will first replace the earlier backup point data, but the backup process will halt when the system knows that the total backup size exceeds the limit.
